Ms. Patsy Ann Pelt, age 84, of Fayetteville, passed away July 12, 2019 at home.
Ms. Pelt was born in Ingram Branch, WV on October 24, 1934 to the late Ira and Katherine Kincaid. She grew up in West Virginia alongside her 4 brothers. Upon graduation from high school, Ms. Pelt began her career in secretarial work. Around the age of 25, Ms. Pelt and her family moved to Miami where she met her husband-to-be, Beryl. The couple was wed in June of 1962 and had one daughter and one son. In the late 1970s, Mr. Pelt’s job took the family to Fayetteville, GA, where Ms. Pelt worked as a bank teller and also did accounting work.
Ms. Pelt enjoyed cooking and baking, particularly desserts. She enjoyed her family and the holidays when they would join together. She was a loving mother and “Nanny” to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Along with her parents, Ms. Pelt was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Beryl Pelt and brothers, Don, Billy and Gerald Kincaid. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Allison and Lin Aultman of Fayetteville; son and daughter-in-law: John and Jody Pelt of Griffin; grandchildren: Jonathan (Holly) Aultman of Decatur, Aryn (JJ) Farrell of Senoia, Kayley (Dustin) Bell of Griffin, Sydney (Brett) Smith of Cumming, Josh Pelt of Griffin; great-grandchildren: Harper, Ellie Rae, Olivia Kate, Elijah, Liliana and Loxley; brother and sister-in-law: James and Anita Kincaid of Peachtree City; sister-in-law: Ida Mae Kincaid.
Ms. Pelt will be laid to rest at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, alongside her beloved husband, at a later date. Messages of condolence may be left at www.GeorgiaCremation.com. The Pelt family is being assisted by Georgia Cremation, 1086 Hwy 54 West, Fayetteville.

Pat was my best friend when we worked at eastern airlines. I loved her and beryl so much. I was in her wedding. She will always be a wonderful part of my memories. She was so funny and we had wonderful times together. 😰💔❤️
