Patsy Sue Shiver, 72 of Phenix City, AL passed away peacefully on July 28, 2024 at 12:15 am EST surrounded by her loved ones.
Patsy was born October 22, 1951, the daughter of the late Alice and Pete Griffeth. She was a kind hearted friend to all. She cared for everyone and never turned down an opportunity to help.
Patsy was a happy person in life; she had a way of always making the people in her life smile and laugh. If you saw her out, she was dancing and goofing off. She taught her family to make the best of any situation.
Some knew her as a supervisor of security over loss prevention for AAFES (Fort Benning, GA). Others may have known her as Mrs. Pat, a manager for Griggs Inc. She was a hard worker and worked many other jobs throughout her life.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her sister, Jane Lee, her brother, Paul Griffeth and her husband, Jeff Shiver.
She leaves behind two sons, Jason Shedd and his wife, Michelle, Stuart Shedd and his wife, Rhonda; five loving grandchildren, Brianna (Chris) Wells, Kaleigh (Renz) Laughlin, Curtis Shedd, Bentley (Tim) Panna, Kindel Shedd (Paden); five great grandchildren, Maddox, Maddie, Aspen, August and Nicholas.
Patsy was loved and will be greatly missed.
