Randall Lee Burke, age 68, of Thomaston passed away January 3, 2021.

Randall was born on July 13, 1952 to the late James and Mary Burke. He spent his entire life in Thomaston, GA. At a young age, Randall joined the United States Army. After serving his country, Randall began his lifelong career as a truck driver. During his time in trucking, Randall made many dear friends. He eventually retired in 1992.

Randall was a laid back family man. He was an old school kind of guy with a dry sense of humor. He enjoyed fishing and was excellent at shooting pool. Randall was handy and very skilled with woodworking. He built his own home from the ground up. Randall was a loving friend, father and Paw Paw. Memories of Randall will be forever cherished by his closest friends and family.

Along with his parents, Randall was preceded in death by his brother Larry Burke. He is survived by his son: Ritchie Lee Burke and his fiancé Sonya Finley of Hogansville; grandchildren: Shayde, Aleigha, Trinity and Brayden Burke; great-grandchildren: Kassie and Kensley Herrington; brother and sister-in-law: Eddie and Peggy Burke of Griffin; best friend: Paul Clark and his wife Wanda of Yatesville.
