Mrs. Regina Forbes-Williams, age 58, of Hampton, passed away June 30, 2018.
Mrs. Forbes-Williams was born on February 18, 1960 in Atlanta. She spent her career working with children, whom she loved and cared for, as a para professional at Fayette County Schools and Lake Dow Children’s Academy. She also loved animals, particularly her 3 dogs. Mrs. Forbes-Williams was optimistic and determined. She was so loved by her family who will miss her dearly.
Mrs. Forbes-Williams was preceded in death by her father: Clifford Frank Clow; brother: Ronald “Ronnie” Sears; first husband: Robert Lee Forbes. She is survived by her loving husband: Max Williams of Hampton; mother: Mary Grace Clow; son: Nick Forbes of Hampton; 3 loyal canines: Louie, Zannibel “Zanni” and Piglet.

I worked with Gina at East Fayette Elementary School, and I remember fondly her love and concern for our children as well as that of her own child, Nick. Please know that I am so saddened to learn of her passing–too soon gone from us. Please also know that I send my love, thoughts, and prayers to her entire family.

I am saddened to hear of Gina’s passing. My son, Steven, had her as a para pro in kindergarten & I worked with her after that at East Fayette. Her love for children was obvious. Sending sympathy & prayers to her family.

I am saddened to hear about Gina. My daughter, Kaylan, was in her class in kindergarten and first grade. I worked with her at East Fayette as well. She is loved and will be missed.

I was so sad to find out today of Gina’s passing.
I had the opportunity to work with Gina at East Fayette Elementary and I saw firsthand her love and compassion working with our students. She invested her life in the lives of many students and greatly impacted their lives. May our amazing God comfort and strengthen her son and all of the family in the days ahead.

I knew Gina, she was my daycare teacher and she made a special relationship with every student! She thought me so many things about life and I really appreciate now that I’m older! I just found out about her death and her family I will keep in my prayers! I love you Ms. Gina and will always!!
