Roberta Anne Chaconas, 83, affectionately known as “Bobby”, a resident of Columbus, Georgia, passed away on June 21, 2024. She grew up alongside her sister Florence Luckett and her brother Joseph Clark. In her younger years she thoroughly enjoyed bow hunting. She was an animal enthusiast and rescued dozens of raccoons, kittens, and other critters over the years. She seldom missed the opportunity to play Scrabble with her daughter on Sundays – and even won every now and then!

She is preceded in death by her parents, Fred Clark and Helen Agnew. Roberta is survived by her children Dawn Burts of Columbus, GA and Constantine Chaconas of Branford, Florida; grandchildren, Abby Burts, Lindy Burts, and Molly Burts; sister Florence Luckett; brother Joseph Clark; nieces and nephews, and her Calvary Community friends.

A private service to celebrate Roberta’s life will be held at a later date.
