Rosemary Bradley of Newnan, Georgia, passed away on December 11, 2017.
Rosemary was born on June 24, 1926, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to Mr. Ralph Milton Hughes and Ms. Rosa Oyama Goode. She grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, alongside her sister, June Mullins. She graduated Ramsey High School and later worked for Birmingham City Hall.
Rosemary enjoyed life, family members and many friends. She was always there to brighten the lives of others. Even in her community, she worked for the Red Cross and Meals on Wheels serving others. Rosemary also had a special place in her heart for animals and nature. She loved gardening, particularly cultivating flowers. Ms. Rosemary also enjoyed light travel and fishing. Rosemary will always be known for her beauty in the arts, as an author of numerous poems and skits.
Survivors include her son, Joseph Larry Bradley; daughter, Nancy Ferguson (Charlie); grandchildren Anita Lightner (Jason) of Venus, Texas, Beth Maschmeier (James) of Augusta, Chaz Ferguson (Karlee) of Newnan, Mallory Winske (Donny) of Newnan, Sarah Creekmoore (J.P.) of Huntsville, Alabama, Alex Ferguson of Newnan; great grandchildren: Jessie, Brianna, Jayson, Christian, Mason, Mackenzie, Landon, Payton, Eli, Joe, and Olive; and cousin Marie Cordes of Birmingham, Alabama.
The family will plan a memorial service at a later date and time.
The Bradley family is being assisted by Georgia Cremation, 1086 Highway 54 West, Fayetteville.

Our condolences. She was quite a lady. She was my 1st Paternal Cousin a year older than me. Wish we could have known her. My Father was Lawrence E Hughes. We live in Fairhope, Al and the welcome mat is out if any of her survivors come this way.
