Ms. Sandra “Sandy” King Stephens, age 72, of Peachtree City, passed away on October 16, 2018.
Sandy was born in Oak Ridge, TN, on July 28, 1946 to the late Fred and Annie Naulta. At the age of 6, Sandy and her family moved to Georgia and she spent the remainder of her life in the south Atlanta area. Sandy graduated from Norcross High School. She spent 40 years as an Account Executive in the Commercial Insurance industry.
Sandy loved her flowers and enjoyed gardening. She was a fan of mystery, crime and drama novels. She was a born again Christian. Sandy was strong-willed and independent; she was her own woman. Sandy will be remembered as a loving mother and “Grandma.”
Along with her parents, Sandy was preceded in death by her brothers, Fred (Freddy) Naulta, Jr., and Robert (Bobby) Naulta. She is survived by her sons: Matthew King of Vinings, and Carl David King and his wife Christina of Fayetteville; grandchildren: Ryanne and Nate King; step-children: Chris, Julie and Jennifer Stephens.
