Sarah L. Julien, 78 of Columbus, Georgia passed away, Friday July 24, 2020, surrounded by her family at her home. She was born in Key West, FL on July 1, 1942 the daughter of Louis and Bertha Mae Moat Arnold. She was a homemaker, wife, mother and grandmother who loved and cared for her family. Mrs. Julien loved shopping at yard sales and looking for that special item. She enjoyed cooking and planning the family meals and shopping for the items needed to prepare the feast for her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Kathy Gil and Martha Harness, brothers Lonnie Arnold and Wes Arnold.
She is survived by her loving husband Dan Julien, of Columbus, Georgia; daughters Tana (Paul) Shade of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; Kathy Julien of Columbus, Georgia, Ann Julien of Columbus, Georgia; Donna (Joey) Bryan of Brandon, MS, son David (Lisa) Julien of LaGrange, Georgia, brother Pick (Claudina) Arnold of Key West, Florida, sister Barbara (Raleigh) Towns of Tampa, Florida, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Private memorial services are being held by the family. The family request that in lieu of flowers contributions be given in memory of Mrs. Sarah L. Julien to the Columbus Hospice 7020 Moon Road Columbus, Georgia 31909.

I only met your mom once when y’all were out shopping. She was a sweet lady, very friendly. Her daughter, Ann, told me about her mom enjoying cooking for the family. She was Avery special lady who will be missed dearly by her family. Sending much love and prayers.
