Scotty Elton Chriswell, Sr., age 55 of Loganville, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2019.
Scotty was a roofer and general handyman. When he was not working, he spent time with his family and helping others. Scotty and his family grew up at True Gospel Baptist Church in Conyers. In his final days, Scotty accepted Christ as his Savior. He is now in heaven with his mom and sister and we will get to see him again one day.
Scotty was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn Louise Green; sister, Tabatha Yvonne Chriswell; and father, Elton Chriswell.
Scotty is survived by his spouse, Sharion Allen; sons, Scotty Chriswell, Jr., John Chriswell, Dustin Chriswell, Zach Chriswell and Lee Chriswell; step-father, Melvin Green; brother, Jerry Harrison; sisters, Wendy Genske and Tracy Garner; 3 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 12, 2019 from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 670 Tom Brewer Road, Loganville, Georgia 30052.
Georgia Cremation will be assisting the family with arrangements.

Wendy and family, my deepest condolences.I will pray for all family members strength in this time of loss. Remembering you will meet again, God speed the pain of losing a loved one and help with the grieving process. I didn’t know Scotty but i know the pain of losing loved ones, our life is changed forever. God is holding his hand, letting him know all will be alright. Scotty is at peace now, and forever!
