Raymond and Family,
Nic was a great son and man. I always enjoyed talking with him and the help he provide Raymond and me in our work. He will be missed, but never forgotten.

Nicole Shipley says
It took me a while to even post this. It makes me sick to my stomach. This month has been the most difficult time for my family. I guess I can never really wrap my head around it; every time I think about you or go to talk to you in your room. It only becomes real, when I hear Rowen ask for you. I now wear a cross with your ashes, as this is all I have left other than memories and photographs. I can’t fathom anyone suffering through this kind of pain in their life. You were not just my baby brother, you were my best friend. Til 24 years young, you always protected me…gave me the spotlight…and called me on my “BS” every time. If I didn’t see so much of your smile, laughter, love, & attitude in Rowen, I wouldn’t make it through the day. He is a constant reminder of what a beautiful impact you made in peoples lives. Every time he drops the bow, or says something about oh my gosh look at Becky’s Butt, I know you’re here. There are so many people that love and adore you, Nicholas. From those pretty ice blue eyes to that butt hole wit you had. There will never be another you; anyone who had a Nick story can call themselves lucky.
By the way, you got the job at the city you worked hard for. Mom and Dad are so proud of you! I am too. I can’t even explain how much we miss you. I will always love you and I’ll never let Rowen forget what an amazing, funny, loving uncle he really had in life. Until I see you again. 12.04.15**?
