Billy Stephenson, age 73, of Oxford, Georgia passed away Saturday, February 21, 2015.  Billy is survived by his wife, Linda Stephenson; sons, Joseph Stephenson, Nathan Stephenson and Curtis Stephenson.  Other relatives include brothers and sisters, Benny Stephenson, Mary Clark, Annette Lee and Louis Stephenson.
