Susan Ray Bardi

Share

Let the family know you care by sharing this tribute.

Susan Ray Bardi, 62, passed away on February 1, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She leaves behind a beautiful legacy of faith, kindness, and laughter that will never be forgotten.

Susan lived her life grounded in deep faith and a sincere desire to serve others. Whether through quiet acts of generosity or simply showing up when someone needed her, she gave freely of herself and expected nothing in return. Helping others was not just something she did; it was who she was.

Above all else, Susan cherished her family. They were her greatest joy and her most precious gift. She loved them fiercely and faithfully, and her life was centered on making sure they felt supported, encouraged, and deeply loved.

Susan was known for her quick wit and wonderful sense of humor. She had a rare ability to bring lightness to any moment and laughter to every room. As a friend, she was loving, giving, and deeply loyal, someone who made others feel valued and seen.

She also loved to travel, embracing new places and experiences with joy and curiosity, especially when shared with the people she loved.

Susan is survived by her beloved husband, Alex Bardi; her children, Adam (Heather), Brianna, Lilliana, and Andrew; and her cherished grandchildren, Rylie and Reagan.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Free Chapel in Gainesville, Georgia, on February 18 at 11:00 a.m. A reception will follow at the Bardi residence in Gainesville, Georgia.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Susan’s memory to Neighborhood Cooperative Ministries, Neighborhood Meals on Wheels, or Restoration Atlanta, organizations she supported throughout her life.

Susan’s faith, love, and joyful spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
