Tammy Denean “Culpepper” Harrell, age 59, of Phenix City, Alabama, peacefully departed from this earthly realm on January 5, 2024. She was a woman of deep faith, whose life was a testament to humility, gratitude, and a profound respect for all of creation.
Born on June 5, 1964 in Columbus, Georgia, Tammy’s journey was filled with love and devotion. She leaves behind a legacy of unwavering love and devotion to her beloved husband, Alan Harrell, and children:
Branden Lou Siebold, PaviElle Rachel Siebold, and Logan Kenneth Siebold. Tammy’s heart overflowed with joy as she cherished her role as a grandmother to Audrey Lynn Siebold, Kian Kenneth Siebold, Launa Marie Siebold, Kason Jeter, and Brooklyn Kirkland. Her love extended beyond her immediate family, to all who came to know her, such as her daughter-in-laws Evelyn Ingram, April Rhew, and close family friend Karen Dancy. Touching the lives of many others, who will forever hold her dear in their hearts.
Tammy’s spirit was shaped by the deep bond she shared with her sister, Sherry Johnson, and the affection she held for her nephews, Eddie, Erik, and Keith Weihl. She found solace in the embrace of her extended family, whose love and support meant the world to her.
In the presence of the Divine, Tammy now joins her mother, Donna Edwards, who preceded her in death. As she embarks on her eternal journey, we find solace in knowing that she is at peace, reunited with her loved ones who have gone before her.
Tammy’s life was a testament to her unwavering faith and her reverence for the wonders of creation. Her humility and gratitude shone through in every interaction, leaving a lasting impact on all who were fortunate enough to cross her path.
