On January 6, 2023, Vivian Estes passed away peacefully at age 71 after a brief illness. She was the biological mother of three children and too many of her nieces, nephews,  children’s friends, and her friends children, she was considered their surrogate (bonus) mom.

Vivian was an exceptional daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She cared deeply for her family, friends, and neighbors. She did this not out of obligation, but because of who she was. If she knew you were in need of anything and she could provide it, she did.

Vivian is survived by her husband Richard Estes, daughter Shannon Ethridge, son Richard (Lisa) Estes Jr, daughter Dana (Ed) Hancock, 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at Georgia National Cemetery, 1080 Scott Hudgens Drive Canton, GA 30124 on March 03, 2023 at 1:30pm.
