Let the family know you care by sharing this tribute.
Walter Drew (Wally) Rogers left his earthly vessel in the early hours of Friday, June 15, 2018. He had his moments, but it would be hard to find a more loving, caring man, husband, father or friend. Although his path crossed many others, he never met a stranger, they were always, “my friend”. Family was vital to him and he could not have been prouder of his children and grandchildren and loved them til his last breath. A Georgia boy til the day he died, he was a native of Augusta, GA and cherished his many friendships of fifty plus years. There will never be another man like him. Wally, we miss you and will love you forever. Memorial services will be held Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at Posey Funeral Directors: 1307 Georgia Avenue North. Augusta, GA 29841. 803-278-1181. www.poseyfuneraldirectors.com.
