Mr. Wilber Owens Spurlin, of Phenix City, Alabama passed away on October 16, 2022.

A memorial service/visitation will be held 2pm, Friday, October 21, 2022 at 899 Lee Road 238, Phenix City, Alabama.

Mr. Spurlin was born on October 6, 1944 to Charlie and Annie Spurlin.

During his working career, Mr. Spurlin held positions including a pipefitter at Sprinkler Contractor Inc. and a farrier/blacksmith.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Annie Spurlin, his wife, Patricia Anne Spurlin, siblings; John Spurlin, Mae Spurlin, Charlie “Richard” Spurlin, Roy Spurlin, Nazzelle Spurlin, Annie “Maude” Spurlin, Wesley Spurlin, James “Jimmy” Spurlin and Arnold Spurlin.

Survivors include his siblings, Wade Spurlin and family, sister, Dorothy Hughes and family, daughter, Joanne (Jr) Tillery, son, Wilbur Owens (Lori) Spurlin Jr., grandchildren; Brittany Wilson, Jeffrey (Cassie) Wilson,  Garrett Tillery, Markaya Tillery (Forrest) Eyler and Martin Spurlin, and great-grandchildren; Isabella Moody, Tyler Wilson, Faith Wilson, and Paisley Eyler.

Georgia Cremation – Columbus is assisting the family.
