Having known Bill for over 50 years, I can say with total clarity, that Bill was one of the finest friends I’ve ever had. We had some more fun playing in the band, riding motorcycles, and just hanging out together. Being the Spirit of 76 at JVHS was always a source of pride. God Bless this family, and may God’s strength see you all through this.
