Mr. William Franklin Morgan Sr. “Bill” was born December 18, 1954, to the late Jerry Morgan and Leah Nathaniel Morgan. He departed life on August 9, 2023, at his home.

Bill graduated from Kentucky State University with a dual bachelor’s degree in education and criminal justice. He served in the U.S. Army for 3 years and held the rank of Specialist (E4). His extensive work history included: Certified Police Officer, Field Training Officer, Correctional Officer, Educator, and Athletic Coach. Bill retired from the Harris County School System after 24 years of service.

He had a smile that would light up any room and leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Mary Morgan; son, William F. Morgan Jr. “Will”; daughters, Patrice Morgan, Clarice Morgan, Laura Howard; grandchildren, Tyriana, Damari, & Carter Morgan, Jael Greene, Craig McCrory, and Jamar Holmes; two brothers, Jerry Morgan “Pete” and Nathaniel (Laura) Morgan “Ray”; and a host of family, and friends.

A graveside service will be held at the location below for all who wish to attend.
