Bill is survived by his son, Christopher (Mikki)  Wootton; daughters, Cortney (Eric) Smith and Kayla (Tyler) Johnson; 6 granddaughters, Ava-Marie Cannella, Ashley Wootton, Alexis Wootton, Rylie Smith, Leighton Johnson and Logan Johnson; two grandsons, Jackson Smith and Matthew Hardeman; 3 great granddaughters, Codi Cannella, Blake Lynn Cannella and Ezra Jo Cannella; his siblings, Kaye Carswell, Margaret Thomas and John Keith Wootton.

Bill was a loving son, brother, father and papa. You are so loved and will be missed deeply.
