Howard Manuel Mitchely, Jr., of Fayetteville Ga, passed on October 17, 2020. Howard was the loving son of Howard M. Mitchely, Sr., and Diane Burdette Mitchely, (deceased). He is survived by step-mother, Patricia Burdette Mitchely; daughter, Ashleigh Thornton Gamble, and her husband, Brandon Gamble; grandson, King Gamble; sister, Patti Mitchely Johnson; niece, Lacie Johnson; nephew, Nolan Johnson; great-niece, McKinley Johnson; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, many friends, and his faithful canine friend, Duke.
In honor of Howard’s life, a memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 20, which would have been his 59th birthday. The service will be held at Sandy Creek Baptist Church, 1082 Sandy Creek Rd., Fayetteville, GA, 30214, with Rev. Philip Johnson officiating.
For the safety of family and friends who would like to honor his life in person, please know that CDC COVID guidelines will be followed. Please provide your own mask.
