A beautiful description of beautiful and dearly loved son-in-law. I loved him as my own son and I will miss him til I can welcome him with open arms in the promised new world. He is at rest in Jehovah’s memory and has won his fight against satan and his wickedness
Eddie Dawson says
This was a total shock and a staggeringly painful loss: he was so much like his father, George, who I also knew well, loved & greatly respected. Robert was a fine son, brother to Mark & Kathy, husband to Gina, son in law to Eddie & Dolores & most importantly a fine servant of his Beloved God Jehovah, who gave a loud & unequivocal answer to satan’s taunt that no human could serve Jehovah faithfully to his death. How we enjoyed vacationing with he & Gina over the years! Up to his passing Robert showed genuine love & concern for all , encouraging us to care for each other, and stressing how he expected us to continue serving Jehovah faithfully so as to be there on the gloriously ecstatic occasion of his resurrection in the new world. Oh how I loved him & will miss him until then!

I worked with Robert for 22 years and we became very close spending time together on our business trips. Robert was an honest person and after talking to him for a few minutes you would know that he was very dedicated to his faith. My family had a tragic loss last year and Robert and his dear wife Gena were there to help us through it with support and scripture. My heart is broken again with your passing but I will never forget you! May your soul rest in peace my friend.
Sara Belvin says
I remember watching Robert and his siblings grow up. It is so gratifying to see young ones grow into mature, faithful servants of Jehovah. Robert was a prime example of this, and he will be missed. Many prayers for his dear Gina, and the family.

We remember when Art and Mary Thompson’s house was hit by a tornado. The police blocked the road and would let anyone in. Robert told them he had to go see some sheep that needed tending through . They let him in to see about them all . He had such a servant’s toward us all .
We join all the prayers for Gina and Kara.

I have known Robert for many years through a working relationship with Beltone. I had so much respect for Robert as I knew how caring he was for his patients. I had not seen Robert for a long time since I retired from Beltone but I will always have a special memory of him. My prayers are with his wife and family.

It was a shock to hear of Robert’s passing. We have known each other for years and unfortunately the pandemic kept us from seeing each other lately. Robert was one of the truest, honest men I have known. I am truly sorry for the pain Gina, Mark, and the Dawson’s are feeling right now. We all look forward to hugging him again in Jehovah’s new system.
Vaughn Bray says
Robert will be missed but the memory of his service and teachings will live. His legacy will outlive him as he was loved by many and respected by all. He was a loyal employee for almost 30 years and helped many deal with the difficulties of hearing loss. As difficult as it seems, I believe Robert would ask us to rejoice in his life because he fought a good fight and now sleeps in peace.
