Michael Sutherland says
Dear Carter, Jane, Sherry, and Lance –
Billy was a very kind and hospitable person, and I felt welcome at each visit at the house in Victoria. There were times when I and one or two of my friends went over there to pick up Randy for an outing and she was always thrilled to see us. I also remember when she worked at the bank in Victoria (I don’t remember the name of the bank), but she actually helped me with an issue I had with my checking account. That was so many years ago, but they are cherished memories of her during her younger years. Losing your mother is not easy, I know that through experience. May God’s comfort and peace be with each of you and the whole family. I know that she will be missed, but I also believe she is in the presence of Jesus, free from the suffering of this world.
