As a classmate of the LHS Class of 1982, I am sadden to learn of the passing of our dear classmate, Donald. I remember Donald as a funny and humorous young guy who always had us laughing. He kept the atmosphere upbeat and with joy! To the family, I say that the years going to school with him has left a mark of fond memories. May God provide peace and comfort to you and continue to bless you!

Donald was a classmate of mine. He would have us laughing and when the teacher would come back in the room, nobody would say who started it. I will truly miss Donald. May GOD truly bless his family and keep them in his care.

I was so saddened to hear of Donald’s passing. I taught Donald at Dunson Elementary in LaGrange, Ga .,when he was in the 5th grade! This was my 1st year of teaching and all of those students were very special to me! Donald stood out though as one of my all time FAVORITE students. Over the years we had ‘reconnected’ through FaceBook. Rest In Peace, Donald.

Sending love, thoughts and prayers to you all. Donald and I were high school friends (c/o 83). After graduating life took us on our journeys but whenever we saw each other it was as if time had stood still and we would laugh and talk as always. Our last conversation was from one of his times as a patient in the hospital. I’m sure we spent an hour on the phone that evening laughing and talking about the good old days. I will forever be greatful for his service to our country and the lifelong friendship we shared. Rest peacefully my friend until we meet again.
