I have so many fond memories of Eugenia. Whenever being with her she was so upbeat that it made me feel just as upbeat. That was the effect she had on you. I feel very blessed to have been with her on so many occasions and have Donnie my prayers as I know it is never easy to to have to let go of a parent.

I have many fond memories of being in our church choir with Eugenia and of our trip to England in 1997. That was particularly special. I can still picture a wonderful lunch 4 of us spent together sitting at a small table in a tiny cafe in the town of Wells, England prior to our rehearsal at Wells Cathedral.
Eugenia always greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. May she Rest In Peace and enjoy adding her alto voice to the heavenly choir of angels and Saints who have gone before.

I am one week older than Eugenia but she beat me on this one. Being first cousins we did many things together. Our trips to England, Spain. Portugal and Morocco will always have a big place in my heart. Love you Eugenia, and miss you.
Thanks for calling ,Donnie. Will always remember our good times together!

Donnie-
I am just now finding this out. I had great respect for your mom and how patient and caring she was as a chaperone for Peachtree Rd. youth activities. I firmly believe that she is with all those loved ones who we have sent of to be with the Lord. They have exquisite joy and we miss them still.
I did not realize that your family and mine have ties to NC. My mom and her siblings grew up in and around Murfreesboro NC and dad was from Raleigh.
I pray that God continues to bless you and your family. Mabel

Donnie- So sorry to learn about your loss of your Mother. She was wonderful! And such a supporter of the youth activities and choir of Peachtree Road Methodist. She had a wonderful kindness hidden behind a dry wit that was fabulous. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Sincerelyl
