Gary Thomas Hall was born January 20th, 1950 in Fort Benning, Georgia to the late Jessie and Louise Hall. Gary was a 1970 Graduate of Jordan High School and was always a very likable person. People would always comment on how nice and kind he was to others. He enjoyed helping other residents of Ashley Station anytime they needed something. Because of his hair color, Gary gained the nickname “cotton top” and carried it throughout life. He enjoyed fishing and often took his children when they were younger. Gary loved his grandchildren and talked about them often.
Gary Thomas Hall, 69, of Columbus, Georgia passed away on June 2, 2019 at Piedmont Midtown Medical Center. He is preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Patricia Smart and Jeanette Arrington.
Survivors include his three daughters; Katrina Rollins and her husband, Aaron, Brandi Sparks and her husband, Brad, and Misty Floyd and her husband, Tim; grandchildren; Jimmy Napier Jr. and his wife, Ami, Phillip Smiley, Brayden Rollins, Carson Cox, Tanner Floyd, Caleb Floyd, and Landen Floyd; great-grandson, Hudson; brothers; Eddie Hall and his wife, Carole and Danny Hall and his wif,e Jean; and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Ashely Station Veranda on the 4th floor of Building 1040 in Columbus, Georgia. A repast will be held following the service.
