Jimmy Anthony Holder, age 71, Duluth, Georgia passed away Sunday, September 7, 2014. A memorial service will be held 2:oo P.M. Sunday, September 14, 2014 at the Chapel of Georgia Cremation, Duluth, GA. Mr. Holder was born Thursday, July 22, 1943 in Greensboro, North Carolina. Mr. Holder spent 45 years in sales, ranging from electronic and appliance parts to new car sales. He was a 1961 graduate of Winder-Barrow High School. He was preceded in death by his father, Virgil Holder; mother, Ermine Holder; sister , Norma Jean Hassell; son, Jimmy Anthony Holder, Jr. Mr. Holder is survived son, David Holder and wife, Ruby; son, Alex Holder and wife, Jennifer and their son, Adam; niece, Nancy Neyhart and son, Porter; and nephew, Jason Neyhart and son, Joshua. I am so sorry my good friend has passed away, I have known Jimmy for 45 years, working with him at RCA and Southco Sales, I love and miss my good Friend very much, but I know he is in a better place now, I will see him again some day. My prayers are with his Family

We are so sorry to lose our good friend, Jimmy. He was a classmate since third grade in Winder, and it has always been a pleasure to see or hear from him through the years.
Jim was a kind and patriotic guy and we will all miss him.
