Jimmy Charles Massey was born October 25, 1948 in Hartford, Alabama to Grace Stephenson Massey and Jerry W. Massey. Mr. Massey worked in the trucking industry as an over the road truck driver, which allowed him to see many of the United States beautiful landscapes and cities.
On August 29, 2018, Jimmy Charles Massey passed away at his home at the age of 69. He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Massey.
Survivors include his mother, Grace Walker of Enterprise, Alabama; sisters, Cathy Meyer and Linda (William) Gibbs; nephews, Elliott (Emily) Meyer and Taylor Meyer; and a host of extended family and friends.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

I will miss my Uncle Jimmy!!!!! I would have to say the fondest memories I have are when I was growing up Uncle Jimmy was always on the road so he was not able to come home for the holidays, but no matter what he always made sure somehow that I had a present under the Christmas from him. He was always there for me all throughout my life and I will miss him so much. I love you Uncle Jimmy!!!!
