John was a good friend who I actually 1st met in our Germantown High School Prom. Leaving the prom the valet parking attendant gave me his car & my car was given to him. Similar cars, but different models. We became good friends at Cheyney State College. John was very bright & intuitive. We partied a lot played Congas & enjoyed Music to the Max. There was only One John & he’ll be sorely missed, but never forgotten. To sum it all up he was a wonderful person, man,& great human being. I miss u brother! PnL 🦅🙏🏼☮️🦅

I met John at Cheyney State College in 1969. We joined a social club named H.O.E. in 1970, and we have been friends since then. John
has always been good fixing things with his hands. I have always loved this brother and I always will.

I am George W Rice Jr. I also met John at Cheyney State in 1969. We had many Industrial Arts classes together and were Graphic Arts Majors. We pledged the same Social Club our freshman year at Cheyney State and became the best of friends.
I will truly miss this great brother ]and regret we didn’t stay in touch with each other when we left Cheyney.
Rest In Peace Brother John!
