Mark A. Ryznar, age 68, of Hoschton, Georgia, passed away on July 28, 2022.
Mark was originally from Pottstown, Pennsylvania, an area that remained close to his heart. Family, friends, and community were important to him and he made friends everywhere he went. Mark was quick to laugh, tell a story, and help a friend. He was a life-long Philadelphia sports fan and enthusiast. He spent many of his early years playing baseball, football, softball, and participating in bowling leagues. Mark had a passion and love for golf and spent many joyful hours on golf courses with friends. Mark was a life-long outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing. He always tried to be of service to others and was able to do so, working for North Coventry Municipal Township and as a tradesman, when he moved to Georgia.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Barbara Ryznar; brother, Steven; in-laws, Denis and Helen Fowler; sister-in-law, Ellen Wells; and his dog, Maggie.
Mark is survived by his wife of 46 years, Maribeth (Fowler); his daughter, Amanda (John); sister-in-laws Honoria (Chris) Brown and Suzette (Kevin) Kelleher; brother-in-laws, Denis (Judy) Fowler, Jack (Laura) Fowler, and Joe (Nancy) Fowler; and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Mark’s Life will be held on Sunday, August 28th. Please help us out by registering here: Eventbrite: A Celebration of Life for Mark A. Ryznar Tickets before August 18th if you plan on attending so we can ensure enough food, beverages, etc.

My extreme condolences to the entire family.
I moved into OJR school district for high school.
Mark was one on the first students that I befriended. We actually were partners in the practice portion of our Drivers Ed. I always admired Mark for being the right combination of supportive and machismo, all at the same time.
We spoke in person six years ago at SC Hotel and I was immediately reminded of those traits.
May he Rest In Peace!
