Martha Saez, 60, passed away Thursday, January 18^th, 2024 at her residence with family by her side following an ongoing battle with cancer.

Martha was born in Panama City, Panama to the late Justo Peralta and Rosina Garrido. She moved to the states in 1993.

Martha always had a love of children. She was the director of a daycare and was a nanny over the years. She settled in Harris County in 2006 where she loved to support the local Highschool baseball team. She loved the outdoors and gardening was her happy place.

Martha is survived by her husband, Ernie Whitley, her sister Blanca De Lopez of Panama City, Panama, her brother Joselin Saez; her three children, Ismael Fuentes (Karina) of Phenix City; Kauri Llorette (Daniel Coulter) of Phenix City; and Sophia Gomez (Hugh Norris) of Columbus, GA; and five grandchildren, Julian Miller(15), Ariana Fuentes(13), Eva Fuentes(9), Nyla Coulter(16) and Carter Coulter(14).

Mrs. Saez was always full of life and never met a stranger. She loved the Lord her God with all her heart. She was always helping those around her. She loved to travel, dance, and laugh. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and admired by many friends. She never missed an opportunity to support her children and grandchildren with the motherly love only she could spare. She was the life of every party and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A celebration of Life will be held on February 10, 2024 at River of Life Church, 8060 US Highway 27, Hamilton, GA 31811 at 2pm Eastern.
