Sadie Marie Osborn McMinn was born on September 12, 1928 to the late Wessey and Eva Taylor Osborn of Cozad, Nebraska. Sadie passed away on September 25, 2020. She went home to be with her Lord and Savior at the age of 92 from Parkwood Nursing Home, located in Phenix City, Alabama. She was the last living of five siblings.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Wessey and Eva Osborn, and a grandchild; Tracy Bonner.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years; Benjamin Frank McMinn, daughters; Leta Dempsey (John) of Phenix City, AL., Sharon Groves of Tyler, TX., Diane Chavarria of Columbus, GA., and 1 son; James McMinn of Phenix City, AL., grandchildren; Mike Dempsey (Nicole), James Dempsey, Lonnie Groves, Aaron Groves, George Dempsey, Jr., Mark Dempsey, Reyes Martinez, James McMinn, Noah McMinn, and Jaime Escalicas, 11 great grandchildren; Amber Lynn, Jessica Marie, Jordan Shae, Joshua, Triston, Billi Renae, Joey, Courtnie Marie, Steven, Chrissy, and Remi. 8 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
