The kindness and goodness a person shows to others never leaves, but lives in the hearts and minds of the recipients. For my family, that is Teri’s legacy. Rest in peace until we see you again. Please accept my sincere condolences. God knows the pain that comes when we lose a loved one. That is why God describes death as an enemy that he yearns to do away with (1 Corinthians 15:26). Our dear loved ones who are resting in death will soon be awakened and reunited with us (Isaiah 26:19). Hold on firmly to this beautiful hope, and may the wonderful memories fill your mind and heart.

I am so shocked by this sad news. Teri and I were “thrown together” a lot at church – Storms Creek Missionary Baptist – when we were little. Her parents, Ken and Ruth, were very kind to my family, and we had a lot of fun and good eatin’ at their house in Coal Grove. I read Kim Fields Rice’s remarks, and I, too, remember the slumber parties that we had at Teri’s house. Fun times! Condolences to all of the family.

It was heartbreaking to hear the news of Teri’s passing from a mutual friend. Teri quickly became much more than a work associate at Humana. She was such a sweet and caring friend and will be greatly missed. She once shared this song with me for a grieving friend and I have no doubt she, too, is dancing in the sky! Teri will forever hold a special place in my heart!

Kathy says
Terri roop was a psycho! She ruined me financially and my nursing career. Because she thought I did her wrong. I never worked around her a day in my life as a nurse. I had a slip and fall accident at Parkwood healthcare in 2007. She was the nursing home administrator. The knee operation would have cost them $5,000. Then I was called into her office. When she told me that the Director of nursing said she saw me put medication in a patient food. Which went for automatic termination. But I wasn’t fired on the day she saw me. Because it never happened. Then during 02/2008 I received a complaint from the Alabama board of nursing that a complaint had been filed against my license. It was a year of nightmare and anguish. I did hire a lawyer and Parkwood did finally pay for my knee surgery after they lied, saying the heal on my shoe broke. Which I knew Terri roop was behind it. I had no money coming in for a couple of months. But the lawyer for my worker’s compensation reinstated from a previous case he pointed out. That it didn’t matter if the heal shoe broke or not. I had the surgery on my knee, but still had to deal with the nightmare ordeal. I found out on her facebook she was friends with local lawyers. Who refused to sue Parkwood. She had everyone against me and I was all alone beside my son. Then at the hearing at the board of nursing she walked past me laughing with a look. I got you back. She shouldn’t had been coming around me. But she was evil evil wicked. I don’t care what these other fake nurses have to say. She didn’t treat me well or good. She thought I was somebody else. Which she should had investigated it more. I hated her with a passion. I told my side of the story at the nursing board but I wasn’t believed and was found guilty. Terri roop stole my nursing career away from me. But by the grace of god I had to retire from nursing. I have my disability and I still have my house. I have stable income now which nobody like Terri roop. Can mistreat me like this ever again.
Kathy says
Terri roop though she could be evil and treat me and others bad. She was down right criminal to me. What Terri roop did to me was criminal. Gods justice is way better than any court here on earth. They are still evil people like her. But God says let vengeance be his. She can’t hurt anybody else. Or ruin their life of child’s life. Like how she ruined me. Just sickening to see all these people say all these nice things. Terri roop was a horrible person. I have the right to tell how she had wronged me. She didn’t treat me well, and I never worked around her.
Kathy says
I’ve never bothered anyone on the nursing jobs. That I worked at they are many Terri roops in the nursing field. What Terri roop did to me was the last straw for me. She took the ability to buy my son a car. When she was riding around in her convertible with her daughter. The nursing field is a one big joke. It was too late for me to find another career. Then they have the nerve to whine about their being a nursing
25 years as a nurse came to and end at Parkwood. Because of the corruption in Phenix city. People in high places knows everybody even the local phenix city lawyers. Where she made her mark.
She got her suffering back and more. For all the unjust suffering she put me and my son through.
Kathy says
I didn’t need to be blessed with anything. From Terri roop or by any other human being. They are people like Terri roop in all jobs. You worked and studied hard to get your nursing license. If somebody like Terri roop has it out for you. Even though you did nothing wrong. They can take your career away from you
