Wayne Palmer Littlefield, 86, of Union City passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018.
Mr. Littlefield was known for his kind spirit, inquisitive mind, and love of the Lord. He worked in the transportation, lodging, and marketing industries. He served as an aircraft radio operator during the Korean War and has always been an avid reader and was involved in local Bible Studies.
He is survived by his niece Karen Littlefield, nephews Randall (Craig) Littlefield Jr., Ricky Littlefield, Mike Littlefield, and Danny Allgood. He was preceded in death by mother Catharine H. Littlefield, father George C. Littlefield Sr., sister Louise Littlefield, brothers George C. Littlefield Jr., Byron Littlefield, Winston Littlefield, Lee Littlefield, Talmadge Littlefield, Randall C. Littlefield Sr., and James Littlefield.
His ashes will be laid to rest in the National Cemetery in Canton Ga. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Southwest Christian Hospice, http://www.swchristiancare.org/.
